About Me
Hello My name is Lyn and im 47 years old. Im a natural therapist and have studies alternative medicine for some 15 years now with an interest in cancer. I also have a website "Enchanted Gifts" with a range of gifts for all occassions and ages. I enjoy helping people and putting a smile on there faces. I enjoy learning what i can about alternative healing, sculphuring faeries, painting fantasy, drawing, in my spare time. My passion in life it to heal people. offer a staff day so they can see for themselves, often it is the fear of the unknow that holds people back. We went throught the hospitals councillors and explained what we did no talk of spirituality just facts. Took us 8 months of jumping through hoops but it was worth it. The cancer centre is now building a room just for therapies like ours.

I am in nsw we have had such a great responce for patients and staff that we were asked to go to another hospitals cancer unit as well. Unfortunatley we all have shcool childen so it wasn't possible but I believe they now have reiki people too. Hospitals are seeing the benifets of alternative therapies and we are not viewed as fruit loops as much.We are now about to start in pallative care as weel.If you really want to do it approach the hospitals or start somewhere like nursing homes so that mainstream medicine can see that what we do compliments what they do Kerry

So they allow cancer patients to have help now do they? What state is this in?? Good on you thats great i would like to do something like that or with children. I just read your about me and thought wow I have done a few different courses and I volunteer in a public hospital doing reiki on cancer patients. I have been part of a group that has been going there for a few years, it is the most rewarding thing I have done. |
